Youth Glow Essentials Learning Program (YGELP)

  • Description: A structured learning pathway providing foundational training in literacy, numeracy, project management, and community leadership. The program emphasizes experiential and project-based learning to equip participants with skills they can immediately apply in real-world contexts.

  • Outcome: Participants gain practical knowledge and leadership abilities, enabling them to pursue employment, establish small businesses, or lead community development initiatives.

  • Target: Youth and adult learners, with a focus on rural and underserved communities, especially women and caregivers.

  • Impact Measurement: Number of participants completing the program; improvement in literacy/numeracy assessment scores; percentage securing employment or starting income-generating activities within six months of graduation.

Digital & Leadership Skills Development
